What's your tupical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for photo edits. Rush delivery is available for same-day or next-morning needs. Video and virtual tour processing may add an additional day depending on complexity.
Do you carry your own insurance?
Yes. I carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance if required by your company or a specific property.
Can you match our existing editing style?
Absolutely. Send me your style guide or sample edits and I’ll match your look. Consistency across your brand is the priority — my art direction background makes this second nature.
How many properties can you handle per day?
For standard photo-only shoots, I can comfortably handle 3-4 properties per day depending on size and location spread. For shoots that include video, drone, and virtual tours, 2-3 properties is realistic while maintaining quality.
Do you handle your own editing or do you need us to?
Either way works. I have my own editing pipeline — in-house capability plus a dedicated post-production team for volume. But if you prefer to keep editing in your own workflow, I can deliver raw brackets or lightly processed files to your specs.
What file formats do you deliver?
JPEG is standard for MLS-ready deliverables. I can also provide TIFF, PNG, or RAW files if your workflow requires them. Video is delivered in MP4 (H.264 or H.265) at the resolution you specify.
